Associate Optometrist

At Target Optical, we help our guests get quality eye care products and services at a great value. This role is part of the independent practice model led by a Subleasing Optometrist.

• Work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients.
• Full scope of practice without company restrictions.
• Flexible scheduling, including part‑time and opportunities to add work.
• Fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Access to Revolution EHR software and technical support (in some offices).
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
