Work closely with a 19-year-old student two days each week, using your clinical expertise to help them reach their fullest potential within a specialized academic setting.

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Experience in pediatrics or adolescent therapy encouraged
• Demonstrated ability to tailor interventions to individual student goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with education staff and families
• Comfortable creating and executing treatment plans within educational environments

• Provide direct physical therapy services to a 19-year-old student, focusing on mobility, access, and functional independence in the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with academic goals and IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to adapt strategies and monitor progress
• Document services, progress notes, and assessments according to school and clinical requirements
• Offer guidance and support to educational teams regarding therapeutic equipment and accommodations
• Participate in student-centered meetings as a valued team member
