Location: Windsor
Healthforce is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week LTAC travel assignment in Windsor, Virginia. The role runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with guaranteed 35 hours per week, starting 10/12/2026.
Residents will receive PT services under supervision, focusing on mobility, strength, and functional activities. Under supervision, you will implement treatment plans, guide gait and balance training, document progress, and assist with discharge planning and caregiver instruction.
