Role summaryVision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aid in customers' purchasing decisions, and complete lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
What you’ll doProvide high‑quality care to patients and customers by helping them choose suitable eyewear or prescription medication. Assist with checkout and prescription verification. Prioritize customer satisfaction and follow store procedures.
What you’ll bring- Experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy tech, including checking out customers with prescriptions and over‑the‑counter medication questions.
- Experience in a vision center assisting customers with glasses and contacts.
- Ability to support customers with purchase decisions and provide accurate information.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and scheduled premiums ranging from $0.35–$3.00 per hour.
