The Key - - Responsibilities:
Provide cognitive & behavioral support to clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and/or other cognitive impairments;
Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals;
Home Safety & housekeeping including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing;
Transportation: drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shopping;
Provide companionship with conversations, music, memory games, or activities tailored to cognitive needs
