Watercrest Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Distribute prescribed medications and maintains related medical records under supervision of the Resident Wellness Director;
Presents medication to resident as required and observes ingestion or other application;
Takes vital signs or observes resident to detect response to medications and reports changes;
Assist residents with their personal care and activities of daily living as assigned;
Maintain infection control practices and report hazardous conditions
