Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of teens? Mission Prep Healthcare, part of AMFM Healthcare family, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Coordinators to support adolescents (ages 12–17) at our premier Residential Treatment Facilities.

This position is expected to cooperate as a team member with Mission Prep Healthcare management and clinical staff. The Community Coordinator has knowledge, skills, and experience with supervising client services and all related tasks to provide a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for clients, and is familiar with concepts of wellness for adolescents. Minimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
Valid Driver's License: Possess valid driver's license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)
As a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator), you'll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Coordinates and transports clients safely to all daily activities, ensuring the clients arrive on time to all scheduled activities, and ensures participant safety.
Utilizes intervention and communication skills in working with clients, their families and significant others daily and in crisis.
Rigorously adheres to all Joint Commission policies and procedures, including Waived Testing, Infection Prevention and Control, as well as Emergency Management and Environment of Care procedures.
Collaborate with the program nurse and clinical team regarding medication management, and monitor and report client behavior with medication side effects.
