In this role, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while providing individualized, evidence-based therapy services. You'll collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to help patients maximize communication, cognition, swallowing function, and independence.

Your Role

• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Assess and treat communication, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions designed to improve communication skills, cognition, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs.
• Utilize scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
