Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-time | Outpatient | 2131 College Ave Bluefield, VA 24605 H2 Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team in Bluefield, Virginia. Whether you're an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow beginning your career, you'll be supported by a team committed to exceptional patient care and ongoing development. In this role, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while providing individualized, evidence-based therapy services. You'll collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to help patients maximize communication, cognition, swallowing function, and independence.
Role
- Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Assess and treat communication, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Deliver evidence-based interventions designed to improve communication skills, cognition, safety, and quality of life
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

- Competitive Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
