Key Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted interventions for speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
