Provide one-on-one physical therapyto older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care)
Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence

Document effectively within FOX’s EMR systemin accordance with regulatory standards

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate toextend access and flexibility
