Northshore Home Health Care in the United States is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a correctional facility setting. You will conduct evaluations, manage chronic conditions, and treat acute illnesses for adult patients.
Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a caseload of about 18–20 patients daily. You will document encounters, collaborate with RNs and LPNs, and operate within correctional healthcare protocols without requiring call coverage.
