Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role: Full-time Physical Therapist responsible for improving patient mobility, comfort, and activity levels, whether recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.

• Manage outpatient caseload, typically treating 10-12 patients daily.
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care with strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Work a flexible daytime schedule, primarily Monday-Friday.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care abilities.
• Willingness to commit to a two-year contractual agreement.
