Ideal candidates will have their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and a passion for helping children reach their full communication potential. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families in a welcoming school environment focused on growth and achievement.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Current and active SLP-CCC certification
• State licensure as required for SLP practice
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive rapport with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable providing services for diverse caseloads in both group and individual settings

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services
• Integrate therapeutic goals with classroom objectives and collaborate with teachers
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation
  
  Communicate progress with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each student, supporting them both in and out of the classroom
