Fresenius Medical Care - 102 West Broaddus Avenue - Responsibilities:
Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and monitor patient during treatment;
Record vital signs, weight, and treatment data; document and report changes to RN/supervisor;
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control procedures;
Assist in patient education and transitional care activities under supervision of a licensed nurse;
Assist with pre/post-treatment evaluations, vascular access assessment, and safety checks on dialysis equipment
