Aya Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Provide close and continuous, direct visual surveillance for assigned patients under 1:1 observation.;
Provide ongoing direct visual surveillance for assigned patients under standard observation.;
Report to the RN about any specific patient behaviors observed as necessary on a timely basis, and at the end of the shift.;
Call for assistance immediately, when necessary, to prevent patient from harming self or others.;
Keep patient rooms neat and orderly.
