Aya Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Provide close, continuous 1:1 observation of assigned patients;
Provide ongoing direct visual surveillance for assigned patient(s) under standard observation;
Give report to the RN about any specific patient behaviors observed as necessary on a timely basis, and at the end of the shift;
Calls for assistance immediately, when necessary, to prevent patient from harming self or others;
Keeps patient room neat and orderly
