Health Advocates Network - - Responsibilities:
Answer patients' calls and determine how to assist them;
Measure and record patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, urine intake and output, and food intake and output;
Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as feeding, changing soiled garments and giving massages;
Help patients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, moving in bed, standing, and walking;
Reposition and turn bed bound patients; assist those who need help walking or assistance transporting in wheelchairs
