Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Virginia SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), preferred
- Experience with elementary-aged students, preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat elementary students with communication disorders
- Design and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and school staff
- Provide direct and classroom-based therapy support
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and progress records
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
