Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Virginia SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), preferred
  • Experience with elementary-aged students, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat elementary students with communication disorders
  • Design and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and school staff
  • Provide direct and classroom-based therapy support
  • Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and progress records
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
