Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Spotsylvania Courthouse, Virginia. The role runs Mon-Fri middays, about 25 hours per week, with exact session times M-F 11:30am-4:30pm; this is a single-client case and hours are fixed for this caseload.
You will deliver 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-approved treatment plan, collect data, and submit notes. Non-billable time is paid at $10/hour, and you will be part of a team with experienced BCBA clinicians.
