UVA Health's Crozet Family Medicine clinic in a rural setting is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver evidence-based primary care to a diverse patient population. The role includes 8 four-hour templated sessions weekly with 8 hours for non-patient facing duties.
