Job Title

Join an adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) serving teens and their families in Vienna, Virginia.

Job Description

We're seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy while supporting treatment planning and discharge coordination. This PRN role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with adolescents in a structured outpatient setting and want flexible supplemental hours.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents enrolled in an IOP/PHP program. Maintain a focused caseload and collaborate with families to support treatment goals, progress, and discharge planning. Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time. Deliver developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active Virginia clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent independent clinical license recognized by the Virginia Board); experience with adolescents, IOP, PHP, or higher-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting.
  • Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
  • Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
