$45-$76 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), your responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Developing and implementing therapy plans that align with individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to professional standards and state regulations.
To excel as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will need:
- Colorado Speech Language Pathologist License (required).
- Experience working in a school setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, educators, and families effectively.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple caseloads and ensure timely documentation.
