As a patient care liaison / staff scheduler you will help to ensure our residents receive the best quality of care and offer support to our Admissions Director and nursing management.

Patient Liaison/Scheduler

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Implement Customer Service Program Act as an internal liaison & customer service resource for family members, residents, and visitors

Schedule resident transports if needed

Respond to calls in a timely manner

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Strong written and oral communication skills

Computer knowledge & data entry skills

Previous staff scheduling experience preferred
