Resident Care Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team in Berryville, VA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Support residents in participating in recreational and social activities.

• Previous experience as a Resident Care Associate or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.
• Basic knowledge of resident care and safety protocols.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting residents.
