Personal Care Caregiver Orange, VA and Surrounding Areas Seniors Helping Seniors Manassas-Stafford is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team! We have full-time, part-time, weekend, and PRN (as-needed) opportunities available for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Compensation
• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour for Companion Care
• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour for Personal Care (PCA)

Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for caring, reliable individuals who are ready to begin working immediately and have weekend and PRN (on-call) availability. Experience providing care to older adults is a plus, but compassion, professionalism, and dependability are what matter most. Must be willing to travel up to 20 miles.

Job Responsibilities
• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing
• Specialized Alzheimer's and dementia care Requirements
• Treat every client with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Weekend availability is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Successfully pass required background checks and drug screening
• Comply with all state regulations and Seniors Helping Seniors policies
• Applicants providing personal care must have a current PCA, CNA, or higher credential. Applicants who do not currently hold a PCA certification must successfully complete our company-sponsored PCA certification course within two (2) weeks of hire to remain eligible for employment and client assignments.
