Talk Path Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This full-time position plays a vital role in the rehabilitation process for patients experiencing orthopedic conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing rehabilitative services to improve patients' functionality and quality of life.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Talk Path Rehab Center, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their functional limitations and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs, regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments as required.
• Providing consultations to other healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes, adhering strictly to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engaging in interprofessional collaboration with physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
• Supervising support staff and aiding in the organization of departmental resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives to promote physical health and wellness.
• Regularly attending staff meetings and continuing education programs to remain current with best practices in physical therapy.

You will be working predominantly with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse clientele requires sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds and life circumstances, and you will be expected to foster supportive relationships with patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for patient documentation and billing processes.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would enhance your application:

• Experience working in a rehabilitation center or similar healthcare setting.
