Physical Therapist

Trail bound Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Dulles, Virginia. • Evaluate, assess, and create individualized treatment plans for patients with functional limitations and disabilities, utilizing the best available evidence and clinical judgment.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including taking comprehensive histories, performing clinical assessments, and documenting results to support each patient's unique care plan.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, including consultations and team meetings to discuss cases requiring multidisciplinary input.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, including detailed encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations, in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to remain informed on the latest therapies, technologies, and practices in the field of physical therapy.
• Engage with team initiatives to improve access to rehabilitation services and enhance patient experiences.

As a Physical Therapist at Trail bound, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. Your interventions will directly contribute to their recovery journey, with a focus on restoring mobility, enhancing function, and improving overall quality of life. • A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program is required; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Possession of a valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• At least two years of relevant experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

• Demonstrated proficiency in developing innovative treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Familiarity with team-based approaches and collaborative care in a rehabilitation setting.
