Minimum Requirements- Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia required to start the assignment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
- New graduates welcome; clinical experience and competence with therapeutic techniques and modalities preferred.
