• Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia required to start the assignment.

• Experience working in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress accurately.
