If you’re not already certified, we provide the opportunity to complete a 40-hour virtual Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program, giving you the skills and foundation to begin a rewarding career in home care.
What Makes This Role Great

What You’ll Do
- Drive clients to appointments and errands
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with cooking
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility and ambulation
- Assist with bathing
- Perform transfers between bed and chair
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate and dependable individuals
- Strong communicators who genuinely enjoy helping others
- Individuals interested in starting or growing a career in caregiving
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but not required
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance are required
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- All offers are contingent upon completion of a background check and MVR screening

The pay range for this role is:
- 18 - 21 USD per hour(Trove - Charlottesville)
- 18 - 21 USD per hour(Crozet, VA)
- 18 - 21 USD per hour(Palmyra, VA)
