We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem ICU and Telemetry roles in Halifax, VA.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering safe, high-quality care in an acute-care hospital setting
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
- Administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms and specialized equipment
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
- Following safety and infection-control protocols
- Educating patients and families about treatment plans and discharges
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- QuantiFERON-TB Gold test completed within 12 months
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Flexibility in scheduling with shifts available during day and night
