As a PCA or CNA
, you are a primary support provider for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support mobility, transfers, and personal care

• Follow individualized care plans

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Document services provided per community standards

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Collaborate with nurses and care team

This is relationship-based care - you'll have time to truly connect with residents.

• Active CNA license or PCA certification preferred

• Assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused

• Strong attendance and communication skills
