Active Virginia PA license (preferred), BLS

Prior urgent care or emergency care experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

Provide urgent care services to a patient population from birth to death

Perform procedures including suturing, I&D, splinting, and joint reductions

Conduct diagnostic assessments like X-ray interpretation and EKGs

Manage common urgent conditions including lacerations, burns, and foreign body removal

Document all patient encounters in Epic EMR

Support patients with minor injuries and illnesses, ensuring high-quality care

What You Need:

Active Virginia Physician Assistant license

BLS certification

2+ years of urgent care or emergency department experience

Proficiency in suturing, splinting, and diagnostic testing

Ability to work independently and handle a high patient volume

Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
