Hourly Rate: $17.16/hr (plus prize-incentive pay)

What You’ll Do
Provide urgent care services to a diverse outpatient patient population
Perform assessments, treatments, and procedures such as suturing, I&D, splinting, and minor orthopedic stabilization
Interpret diagnostic tests including X-Rays and EKGs
Manage common acute conditions like lacerations, minor burns, foreign body removal, and epistaxis
Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
Support safety standards for episodic higher-acuity cases requiring referral
What You Need
Active Physician Assistant license in Virginia
At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in urgent or emergency care
Proficiency in suturing, I&D, splinting, and diagnostic interpretation
Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to start as soon as credentialed
