Keep Active Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. This position will primarily focus on aesthetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, while also completing initial consultations for medical weight loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and individualized treatment plans.
• Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Perform initial medical weight-loss consultations.
• Perform initial Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) consultations.
• Review medical history, medications, labs, contraindications, and patient goals.
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
• Prescribe and manage appropriate treatments within scope of practice and clinic protocols.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, consents, and before-and-after photographs.
• Provide exceptional patient care and build long-term patient relationships.
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams.

Required Qualifications

• Current Virginia NP or PA license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience REQUIRED.
• Must have experience administering both neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and injectable safety.
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Experience with medical weight loss and/or HRT is preferred but not required.

Please note:

Candidates without at least 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience will not be considered for this position.

Schedule:

Full Time or Part Time (Depending on the clinic needs)

Weekdays (9-7) and Required to Work 2 Saturdays a month (9-3)
