Job Details Description Pay Transparency Disclosure:

Compensation listed represents the base range for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Rates for individuals hired as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are currently between $22.03- 33.70/ hr., based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

This position will be located at Shenandoah Valley Orthopedics and provide clinical support to the provider as needed and will provide direct care to patients.

• Accurately performs and documents assigned duties under the direction and supervision of the physician.
• Initiates implementation of processes and has access to all operational components of the office as required by daily operation.
• Has access to operational components of a practice includes access to physician’s office, medical records, medical supplies and locked drug closets|refrigerators.

• CPR certified.
• If you are an LPN:
  Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Virginia.
• Preferred:
  If you are a Medical Assistant:
  Will consider a non-certified Medical Assistant, but Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the State of Virginia preferred. Will require obtaining CMA within 12 months of hire.
• Previous physician office experience preferred.
