Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Dream Builders ABA Partners in Progress

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Dream Builders ABA in Painter, VA, USA. As a RBT, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to unlock the doors to a world of possibilities and transform challenges into triumphs.

As a RBT, you will work closely with our team of professionals to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician Supervisor (RBT-S)
• Recruiting and assessing potential clients to determine eligibility for services
• Collaborating with families and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
