Join Our Team as a Part-Time Clinical Supervisor at Patrick Henry House

Patrick Henry House is a residential substance use treatment facility located in Jetersville, Virginia, providing ASAM Level 3.1 services to adult men. We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and supervision to our clinical team.

As our Clinical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical supervision and oversight to our clinical team.
• Reviewing and signing off on clinical documentation, notes, treatment plans, and other clinical work as required.
• Supervising and supporting counselors and residents in counseling.
• Ensuring clinical services meet applicable regulatory and program requirements.
• Providing guidance and support to the clinical team as needed.
• Helping ensure high-quality substance use treatment services for our residents.

Candidates must:

• Hold an active Virginia LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license.
• Be a Virginia Board-approved supervisor qualified to supervise residents working toward licensure.
• Have experience providing clinical supervision and oversight.
• Have a strong understanding of substance use treatment and recovery.
• Have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Be comfortable reviewing and signing off on the work of our clinical team.

Patrick Henry House provides a supportive, home-like environment where residents can focus on recovery and rebuilding their lives. This is a part-time supervisory role focused primarily on providing clinical oversight, supervision, and sign-off for our existing clinical team.
