Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a 88-bed long-term care facility in Woodstock, VA
-8hours/week onsite work.

• Experience
  : LTC and MDS experience preferred (not required)

• Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
• Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
• Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
• Completing MDS - Section K
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

• Credentialed as a
  Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
• Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
