Job Summary:

New Patterns ABA VA, a leading provider of compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. • Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, assisting in the development of behavior intervention strategies.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, maintaining a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• High school diploma or equivalent (required);

• Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred);

• Reliable transportation;

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred);

• Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds;

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills.
