Job DescriptionThe Junior Mountaineer Club Guide is responsible for coordinating the various kids' programs that are offered at the property. This Club Guide plays a key role in ensuring that our younger guests have adventure-based experiences and can enjoy the thrill of adventure, art, and other activities that align with our one-of-a-kind experiences.
- Assist in organizing activities
- Supervise Mountaineers during meals
- Assist in overseeing up to 12 kids at a time
- Oversee safety during activities and guiding activities.
- Mediates any campers’ disputes
- Knows, enforces, and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp program, including knowing the whereabouts of your Mountaineers at all times
- Help plan and lead activities, crafts, and games
Pay $16 / hour

- At Least 18 years of age
- Experience interacting meaningfully and positively with children + parents.
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of guest information and designated hotel data.
- Work collaboratively to create exceptional children’s experiences.
- Ability to plan ahead and use excellent communication skills to collaborate between departments.
- Ability to hike, ride horses, be active and play outside games.
- Considered applicants must be able to pass a full background check.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification required
