Club Corp - - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel according to club procedures;
Implement and facilitate training programs, including service training, to maintain well-trained staff in-line with Invited service standards, driving service excellence, member satisfaction, and retention;
Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and daily logs to understand function details, ensuring room setups correspond with function sheets and making necessary adjustments as required;
Oversee the timely service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to Invited standards of service and quality;
Monitor events to ensure food is served on time, communicate with the event host post-event to confirm their satisfaction, and collect payment, completing necessary accounting paperwork
