Club Corp - - - Responsibilities:
Maintain exceptional F&B service standards as outlined in Inviteds training programs;
Greet members by name and assist guests with requests;
Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies before service begins;
Operate the golf cart safely and manage payments and daily reconciliation;
Assist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service and handle guest complaints as needed
