Our newest resort, opening late 2026 in Spotsylvania, Virginia, will feature over 175,000 square feet of indoor waterpark fun, 900 family‑friendly suites, and a massive convention center.

• Lead catering sales and event execution to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Develop, manage, and grow group and key client accounts.
• Oversee and support catering and banquet teams through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Ensure seamless coordination across resort departments for successful events.
• Manage budgets, pricing, forecasts, and reporting to drive profitable operations.
• Uphold service standards, resolve guest concerns, and promote a positive associate culture.

• Five years of Hotel Catering, Conference Services, or Sales Management experience preferred in a large (over 500 rooms) property.
• Experience and proven success in developing, maintaining, and servicing group and local business, as well as special events, is required.
• Ability to understand and effectively utilize computers and applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PMS, Delphi, catering, and event‑related software.
• Broad understanding of the tourism industry and day‑to‑day operations of a hotel/resort is helpful.
