What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, organize, and host fun events like holiday celebrations, competitions, and exciting group activities that guests will be talking about for years!
• Create daily and seasonal activity schedules, perform interactive events (including kid-friendly fun twice a day), and coordinate special character appearances.
• Collaborate with our awesome resort team and department heads to make sure every event runs smoothly and is communicated to our guests.
• Work closely with marketing to share your memorable moments on social media, showing off the fun to the world!
• Brainstorm new, exciting ways to bring smiles to our guests' faces.

You'll Shine If You Have:

• A positive, fun, and cooperative attitude that makes working with you a blast!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to make sure every activity is a hit.
• Confidence in guest service, with the ability to answer questions, solve problems, and ensure every guest feels part of the fun.
• Flexibility to jump into various roles and a desire to make every day a new adventure.
• Experience in marketing or guest service—and we love those with leadership experience!
