Job Description and Missions

Within the EHPAD of Trélévern, here are your missions:

Design menus

Help with the design of menus (ideas, suggestions) based on feedback from residents

Produce and value culinary preparations

- Carry out meals on a technical plan

- Reheat meals

- Ensure the finishing and presentation of dishes

- Apply, maintain and control hygiene standards (HACCP)

- Ensure the preservation of meals

- Check culinary preparations

- Respect the established menu cycle

Manage stocks

Manage foodstuffs (procurement, storage, consumption)

Evaluate the conformity, quality, and condition upon delivery compared to the initial order

Ensure maintenance and hygiene of kitchen premises and equipment

Carry out cleaning and general maintenance of the kitchen according to HACCP rules

Validate cleaning operations and temperature checks

CAP or BEP in collective catering desired

2 years of experience in a similar establishment desired

PERMIS B indispensable.

· 1 weekend day worked / 3 (7:30 13:30 on the weekend)

· CDD until 28/08/2026

· Weekday morning hours 8:00 to 15:00
