Position: SERVER/POOL ATTENDANT
Location: NewtownLandscapes Golf Management and Tribrook Country Club are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Server / Pool Attendant at our brand new pool facility. We are looking for friendly, professional, and attentive individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service in a luxurious and welcoming environment. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a premier recreational setting, contributing to memorable experiences for our members and guests.
Job Summary Provides attentive, high-quality service to club patrons at the pool while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsible for setting up and maintaining poolside amenities, assisting guests with food and beverage service, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas.
Essential Job Functions
Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.Delivers exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and creating a positive, enjoyable experience for all members and visitors.Take, prepare, and deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner.Greets guests pleasantly and ensures efficient supply of fresh towels to all members and guests. Ensures appropriate authorization.Monitors inventory of pool towels, resupplies as necessary. Picks up and drops off towels from laundry facilities as needed.Ensures that the needs of the members are met and attended to.Maintains neat and clean pool area; performs vacuuming and cleaning of pool per schedule.Sets up tables, chairs and umbrellas before pool opening and stores them properly after closing.Communicates maintenance issues to appropriate management.Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.Knowledge,
Skills and AbilitiesMust be able to communicate verbally to members.Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail.Able to obtain required permits.Education and Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role, hospitality, or food service preferredCertified Food HandlerResponsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificatePhysical Requirements
- Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person 0-24%
- Standing and walking 75-100%
- Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling 0-24%
- Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, writing and driving 0-24%
- Lift in excess of 30 pounds 0-24%
