This position is available ASAP until August 31, 2026.

Role:

As an On-Site Concierge within the Conciergerie & Stay team, you will play a crucial role in managing and assisting our clients on-site for concierge and property-related requests.

You will welcome our international clientele in various rented properties, respecting the standards of Le Collectionist. In close collaboration with the Conciergerie Pre-Arrival team, you will help consolidate the network of local partners to offer the highest quality services and experiences to our clients. You will manage multiple stays simultaneously.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

1. Pre-stay preparation

  • Pre-visit properties where clients are expected.
  • Collaborate with the Conciergerie Pre-Arrival team to collect all necessary information for the preparation of the stay.
  • Update property information in internal tools.
  • Perform requested shopping and personalize properties (gifts, equipment) to welcome clients.
  • Contact clients before arrival to confirm arrival time and finalize last details.

2. Client welcome and stay follow-up

  • Welcome clients according to Le Collectionist standards, ensuring the villa is ready and in excellent condition.
  • Present the villa, its specifics, and guide clients on available tools, the house, and its surroundings.
  • Remain available for any concierge requests, modifications of pre-booked services, or any assistance during the stay.
  • Manage and collect payments from clients when necessary.
  • Be responsive and capable of resolving any issues that may arise in the property during the stay.

3. Check-out and end-of-stay follow-up

  • Ensure a smooth check-out by inspecting the property in the presence of clients and meticulously documenting any observed damages.
  • Perform billing and follow-up of payments in conjunction with the Conciergerie Pre-Arrival team.
  • Prepare and validate the accounts of additional services sold during the stay, with support from the Pre Arrival team.

4. Administration and payment management

  • Bill and collect payments from clients in collaboration with the Pre-Arrival team.
  • Document thoroughly any observations related to the property's condition after the clients' stay.

Hours and specifics

Our on-site presence and our sector's standards require working Saturdays and Sundays (hotel model), especially during the high season. The work is organized in rotation with the rest of the on-site team and overtime hours can be recovered.

About you:
  • Degree in hospitality, tourism, or business school.
  • Sensitivity to the luxury and hospitality sector.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable.
  • Experience in similar roles (villa management, butler, hotel concierge).
  • Excellent knowledge of the destination and its ecosystem.
  • Bilingual in French/English; a third language is a plus.
  • Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
  • Independent with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, focused on satisfaction and client loyalty.
  • Discipline, ability to prioritize and manage emergencies.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
