Food Service Utility

Position

Full-time Food Service Utility position with Flik Hospitality Group at Hargrave Military Academy, Chatham, VA.

Location:

200 Military Drive, Hargrave Military Academy, Chatham, VA 24531. Schedule is full time; days and hours may vary, weekends required. Availability to work evenings also required.

Hourly: $13.00 – $14.00.

• Maintain kitchen work areas, keeping equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house setup.
• Load or unload, deliver supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

No prior experience required.
