Wilson Premier Properties is seeking a reliable, hands-on maintenance person to care for luxury lakefront homes and support an exceptional guest experience. You will handle day-to-day upkeep, prepare homes between arrivals, and address guest needs on site at Smith Mountain Lake.
You will walk properties before and after stays, coordinate turnovers with housekeeping, and perform routine exterior upkeep while reporting larger repairs to owners.
